What We Do

Life can be unexpected. You may have mapped out your life only to face unexpected challenges that you’ve not overcome on your own. You may be lost and need direction, ideas, and ways of thinking outside the box. Perhaps you’re stuck and are looking for a way out. 

It’s normal to feel overwhelmed during confusing, transitional, or pressing times. Understanding how to manage life’s stressors, thoughts and challenges will allow you to think clearly to create a fulfilling and empowered life. 

I’ve experienced several of these personal and life stressors in my life, and in the process have learned to find healing and lasting growth. My experiences, tenacity, and focus have allowed me to create the life I’ve always wanted, both personally and professionally. 

How I Can Help You

My goal is to assist you in transforming. My approach is to help you understand your feelings so you can understand personal challenges. I also help you explore your passions to reboot your career or assist you navigate the challenges and opportunities of retirement. 

I provide the skills and tools to help you navigate opportunities you haven’t thought of. These are not therapeutic approaches, as I’m not a licensed therapist. I’ll serve as a facilitator and guide; a source of ideas for lasting personal growth. My primary goal is to provide balanced, honest, and unbiased feedback to help you figure things out on your own. 

I base my practice on integrity, compassion, and confidentiality to guide you or your child toward self-improvement.
